Our volunteers launched our D Class on service to a report of 2 persons cut off by the tide at Temple Bay, Southerndown. Once on scene the crew found that there was 2 people cut off, however they were aware of the high water time and their intention was to remain at their location until the tide receeded. As the persons were not in imminent danger the lifeboat left the people to continue their evening and returned to station.
