UK Coastguard requested the launch of our D Class lifeboat to a report of a swimmer in difficulty at Trecco Bay.

The swimmer had made it to shore requiring no further assistance shortly before the D Class lifeboat arrived on scene. The lifeboat returned to station where it was made ready for service.
