HM Coastguard tasked Porthcawl RNLI’s volunteer crew to assist two people on a paddleboard struggling to get back to shore.

The Atlantic 85 was launched on service and made best speed to the location. The two people were taken onboard the lifeboat and dropped back to shore at Ogmore By Sea where they were met by our colleagues from Llantwit Major Coastguard.
