Launched at the request of UK Coastguard to people reported to be cut off by the tide in Dunraven Bay. The call had been made to the Coastguard from Porthcawl NCI. Both lifeboats were launched on service but upon arriving at Dunraven Bay it was established the casualties had self rescued. The lifeboats were stood down and returned to station.
