UK Coastguard requested the launch of the charity’s Atlantic 85 lifeboat to assist with a multi agency search for 85 year old missing person, Joseph Hughes. The lifeboat carried out a shoreline search of the area between Rest Bay and Dunraven Bay.

Mr. Hughes was last seen at an address in Locks Common Road on Saturday 14/08/21. Further information can be found on the South Wales Police facebook page which has latest updates along with an image of the missing person.

Update Sunday 15/08/2021 – Mr Hughes was found and was being looked after by emergency services.
