Both lifeboats were launched to conduct separate searches for missing children last seen in the water. Two children were missing at Rest Bay and one child at Sandy Bay. The Atlantic 85 assisted with the search at Rest Bay whilst the D Class assisted with the search at Sandy Bay. All children were found safe and well after a short search and the lifeboats were stood down.
