UK Coastguard tasked our volunteer crew to a person in the water. Initial information was unclear as to whether the location was Newton Point or Rhych Point. Both our Atlantic 85 and D Class lifeboats were launched on service and were able to establish the location of the casualty was Rhych Point where the casualty was assisted to safety by our colleagues from RNLI lifeguards.
