Our Atlantic 85 lifeboat was launched on service in strong winds and rough seas on Saturday evening following a report of a kayaker in difficulty at Ogmore By Sea. Llantwit Major Coastguard were also tasked to the incident. Upon arriving on scene we found the casualty had self recovered and required no further assistance. The lifeboat was stood down and returned back to our station.
