UK Coastguard requested the launch of our lifeboats after clothes were found folded alongside Ogmore river and there was a report someone had left the pub and gone for a swim. South Wales Police and our lifeboats conducted a thorough search of the area. Following an extensive search and based on the fact no reports of anyone missing had been received we were stood down and returned to station.
